THE WORLD OSTRICHING OVER GAY?
It is now high time that the people of the world should stop ostriching over gay. What is bad by nature and ungodly by the divine precepts of all known religions on earth is nothing else than downright BAD, full stop. For some time now the western countries have been shamelessly applying pressure on some developing countries, especially in Africa to enact law approving same sex marriage, in the name of democracy and freedom for people to make their individual choices.
All of a sudden, in the last couple of years it is almost becoming fashionable for people to simply come up one day and make public in a stunning grand style that they are "gay", as though they have just earned an honourable status in life! And so the gullible in the society are already beginning to fall prey to this vague and misleading term by looking at it from the basic interpretation of the word that the English Dictionary presents as its synonyms: "care-free, excited with merriment; manifesting sportiveness or delight, livery, happy, bright and showy, and merry". If these were all that there are to the word "gay", there would not have been any trouble. The problem is that "gay" for those engaged in the "gay culture", it is a code name for something very seriously ungodly.
Dictionary.com informs us that the corruption of the term "gay" since 17th century, and from which time the word assumed evolutionary changes such as "a gay woman was a prostitute, a gay man a womanizer, a gay house a brothel. This sexual world included homosexuals too, and gay as an adjective meaning "homosexual" goes back at least to the late 1930s." The Dictionary further adds: "After World War II, as social attitude towards sexuality began to change, gay was applied openly by homosexuals to themselves, first as adjective and later as a noun. It is no longer considered slang. Today, the noun often designates only male homosexual and is usually used as collective plural; gays and lesbians."
Now, with antecedents such as these, what in goodness name should make anyone wish to pride oneself to identify with such an attitudinal behaviour or categorization? A quick check on the characterization of "gay culture" by all known religions in this world reveals that without any exception they are all united in their disapproval and condemnation of this demeaning and corrosive sexual behaviour. Matter of fact, the Holy Bible lets us to know that "gay", as we know it today, is just but the regeneration of a sinful conduct that first reared its ugly head on earth in the twin cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, the historicity of which occurrence is traced to around 3,500 BC. The Bible equally tells us about how grievously offended God was by this devious conduct of the people that He condemned the twin cities to annihilation by fire.

Yes, they go to church, just as do their friends drawn from the other religions that they happen to belong to, apparently not only wishing but actually working hard to be accommodated in general functions of society. On the surface it seems there is no harm in allowing them to be because after all democracy is about freedom of choices for individual citizens, and it is taken for granted that the few deviants in our midst cannot influence or recruit the vast majority straight people into their wrong way. But already the structures and administration of ‘democracy’ is beginning to show weakness in handling the gay palaver.
For example, gay people are putting themselves forward today to adopt young children, and they are being allowed to do so under the principle of democracy. But is it not clear that this is a one-sided democracy claim? When you are talking about the right of gay person to adopt a child, what about the child whose opinion is not sought before the deal is executed? And by that deal, is the future of the child not sealed up into the questionable world of the gay person? What right has society to decide the future religious orientation of an infant? For now, society is hereby forewarned about this dangerously creeping trend and enjoined to put in place an all encompassing safeguard before it is too late.
